The Smooth Weft has a much flatter finish to the scalp than other methods due to the flat construction making it virtually undetectable, exceptionally comfortable and suitable for all types of hair. 
Smooth Wefts can be applied in 60 minutes without the use of tape, glue, braiding or heat and we are proud to say they are 100% damage free.
The Vixen & Luxe Hair Extension Collection is an exclusive brand leading the way with quality and consistency, and is produced and brought to you using the finest quality 100% human cuticle correct hair sourced ethically from parts of Europe and Asia.
Our wefts fall clean which means there is no ‘beard’ (this is the shorter row at the top of traditional sewn wefts) which allows the wefts to sit so flat to the head that they are undetectable to the touch, and do not itch or matt up which can often happen with sewn wefts that have a ‘beard’.

WHY CHOOSE OUR VIXEN & LUXE HAIR EXTENSION COLLECTION?

1. Our extensions are made of only good-quality, 100%-human hair, with the cuticles intact and all facing in the same direction (remi hair)

2. Our hair is cruelty-free and ethically sourced from all around the globe; no animals are used in its manufacture, and all donors are paid a fair price for their hair

3. When maintained according to our recommendations (which include maintenance visits every 5-6 weeks), our extensions last for 7-12 months, compared with the more common 3-4 months

4. Our hair goes through weeks of processing, as we gently remove its natural pigment and re-colour it to our designer shades. The hair retains all the variations in texture that you’d expect from human hair, ensuring a lovely natural fall and hair that can be straightened, curled and coloured. (Synthetic hair will melt if you use hot tools on it and can’t be coloured)

5. Our method is very different from others in the market. Instead of using damaging and time consuming materials such as glue, tape, braids and heat, we use a Smooth-weaving technique in which little pieces of the natural hair are threaded through an extension weft and clamped in place with tiny silicon cylinders. Cylinders cushion the natural hair, making breakage and damage to the natural hair a thing of the past. The extensions are also cut to fit the exact shape of the client’s head, so the extensions’ weight is distributed evenly and the natural hair can’t be damaged or stressed

6. Our method is fast: a full head of extensions takes around an hour from start to finish. Because we do not use any form of adhesive like glue or tape, If a client wants a break from their extensions, they can be removed in under 10 minutes and reinstalled when they’re ready. A reinstall or 5-6 weekly lift only takes 45-60 minutes for a full head.

Cancellation Policy

As a client of New Vision Hair and Day Spa it is important to us that you to get the premium times and dates you request. This is why we reserve your future appointments especially for you. We understand that sometimes adjustments and cancellations are necessary, but we ask you to appreciate that when you cancel or reschedule an appointment without sufficient notice, the clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services and we miss the opportunity to fill that time.

 We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan therefore, we kindly ask that you give us no less than 24 hours notice (48 hours during December) to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 15% of the scheduled service amount, this will be added to your next service.

NO SHOWS:

If you are a ‘no show’ meaning you do not show up for your appointment and do not tell us, you will be required to pay 15% of the scheduled service you were booked in for and his will be charged to your next appointment. If you do not wish to pay the cancellation fee, you will not be rebooked.

YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are 15 minutes late or more, you may be required to book a new appointment day and time as it can interfere with the following clients appointment.
