Consultations
We offer late-night appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for your convenience.
If you're considering a new haircut, colour, or major change, we recommend booking a 20-minute consultation (consultation fee: $20).
During your consultation, we'll:
- Discuss your hair goals and options.
- Assess your hair's condition and colour history.
- Take a hair sample if required.
- Provide an accurate quote.
- Ensure we book enough time to achieve your desired result.

New Vision Hair & Day Spa has a tiered price structure. Junior stylists have a discounted price subject to their level of skill. Our pricing structure reflects our education level, which is determined by extensive training, testing, and practical experience. All pricing is shown as discounted junior stylist rates. All prices are a guide only and are subject to change.

As a client of New Vision Hair & Day Spa, it is important to us that you get the premium times and dates you request. This is why we reserve your future appointments, especially for you. We understand that sometimes adjustments and cancellations are necessary, but we ask you to appreciate that when you cancel or reschedule an appointment without sufficient notice, the clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services, and we miss the opportunity to fill that time.
We understand that life doesn't always go according to plan; therefore, we kindly ask that you give us no less than 24 hours' notice (48 hours during December) to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service amount; this will be added to your next service.
YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Please arrive at your appointment on time. If you are 15 minutes late or more, you may be required to book a new appointment day and time, as it can interfere with the following client's appointment.

To make sure every appointment runs smoothly and safely, here are a few important things to know before your visit:
Consultations
We recommend a consultation for all new colour clients or anyone making a big change.
This helps us assess your hair’s length, thickness, and contraindications, and we check the condition of your hair so we can provide an accurate estimate and tailor your service perfectly for you.
Product Compatibility
Some supermarket or medicated shampoos can react with professional salon lighteners and colour.
Some mineral build up from water can also do this. If we think this could affect your results or hair health, your stylist may recommend a clarifying treatment first or rescheduling your appointment, any add-ons that will help eliminate the risk of any reaction that is likely to happen
We’ll always explain why and make sure your hair is cared for safely.
Extra Product or Time
Our colour packages are designed around standard product use and timing.
If your hair needs more product or extra time to achieve your desired look, your stylist will always chat with you first before proceeding with any additional cost.
Deposits & Changes
A deposit is taken to secure your booking and confirm your appointment time.
If for any reason we can’t safely carry out your colour service, your deposit is fully refundable or can be transferred to another booking. We will refund the deposit as soon as we can -can take up to 2 business days.
